Forks Over Knives provides information on adopting a plant-based diet in the effort to aid in disease prevention and weight loss. This site will be useful to me in the future because I want to be able to provide complimentary and alternative methods to disease prevention and weight loss. Adopting a plant-based diet is one of those ways, even if it’s just to add more plant-based foods in your diet.

John’s Hopkins Medicine provides information on complimentary and alternative medicine as a way of improving overall health and wellness. It provides information on different therapies like yoga, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and meditation. This can be useful to me because I want to be able to give people an alternative way to lead a healthier lifestyle.

HealthyPeople.gov is a site that provides articles and information on many different topics like nutrition, physical activity, obesity, health promotion, and disease prevention. It has accurate and credible information on all of these topics and more. It can be useful to me in the future because it can provide information that I need to give accurate and reliable sources to people about nutrition and health.
